My role as a project manager involves planning, managing, and monitoring complex building and refit projects in the yacht and naval industry worldwide.

 

My abilities range from team management and leadership to organizing the bidding process, and clearly defining scope and goals. I am proficient in quality control and can manage contractor relationships from initial selection to handover. I am known for my ability to efficiently act as a filter between shipyards, owners, and contractors to achieve the best outcomes.
