What I will do with my money if i have to renovate.
The major question is: how should I best spend money on renovations?
My answer: there isn't a single best way. It depends on your circumstances. If you're renting, for instance, it doesn't make sense to invest in major changes like walls, floors, and ceilings. Instead, focus on painting, acquiring some timeless furniture pieces, and leave the rest to decoration.
If the house is yours, it's a different matter. The key is balance: should you buy inexpensive furniture to dispose of after renovations, or do you want to add some elegance to a dreary home? Buying cheap means it won't last, isn't environmentally friendly, and you'll end up spending more. However, living in a place that makes you unhappy isn't good for your mental health.
My first suggestion is to create a vision for your space.
Second suggestion: don't rush. It won't be effective.
Third suggestion: Renovation doesn't mean destruction. Evaluate your home, list what you like and dislike, and consider gentle changes.
